Support KRCS

The King's Ridge Fund

The King’s Ridge Fund is our school’s most important giving initiative. While tuition covers most of our operating expenses, unrestricted gifts allow King’s Ridge Christian School to continuously improve by investing in the essential elements of our mission.

The King’s Ridge Fund provides resources that strengthen school-wide programs, benefiting every student.

Every gift to The King’s Ridge Fund matters. When our school community is invested – parents, grandparents, trustees, faculty and staff, alumni, and parents of alumni – our ability to enhance every student’s educational experience is directly impacted.

Please join our Board of Trustees, faculty, and staff as we work together to raise $525,000, The King’s Ridge Fund’s 2024-2025 campaign goal.
The 2001 Society

The 2001 Society recognizes those individuals who support The King’s Ridge Fund with unrestricted gifts of $2,001 and above, setting the pace for leadership giving. These gifts ensure that KRCS will continue to offer high-quality programs and life-changing opportunities for every student.

Matching gift programs are set up by companies to match donations made by their employees to eligible nonprofit organizations.

Matching gifts is an excellent way for members of our community to increase their support for KRCS, effectively doubling their contributions.

If you have questions about matching gifts, please contact us at Development@KingsRidgeCS.org.
  • What is the Difference Between a Pledge and a Gift?

A pledge is a promise to make a gift on a future date, over a period of time, or through multiple payments. A gift is a one-time donation or a pledge payment and may be paid by cash, check, online credit card payment, or stock transfer.

You may make a pledge or gift to The King’s Ridge Fund anytime; however, this year’s focused, two-week challenge will be September 16 - 27, 2024. All payments are due by June 30, 2025.
  • Can I Donate Stock to the Annual Fund?

Yes. Donated stocks are a great way to make a gift to KRCS. Giving appreciated securities provides the donor a tax deduction for the stock's appreciated value without incurring capital gains tax.

Because KRCS is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization, it would have no tax liability on the gift, making stocks a win for both the donor and the school.

The Office of Development will provide Stock Transfer Instructions at your request. Please contact Development@KingsRidgeCS.org.
  • Does The King's Ridge Fund Support Capital Projects?

No. Capital projects are typically supported by multi-year, strategic Capital Campaigns for specific purposes, such as to fund campus building projects, scholarships, or endowments.

There will be no active Capital Campaign at KRCS during the 2024-2025 school year.
