Virtual Learning Underway and Campus Update
3/23/20:
Dear King’s Ridge Christian School Parents,
I want to thank each of you for your commitment to learning during this time of uncertainty. I have been working closely with the Building Level Heads as well as faculty and staff to determine the success of what we have done through our virtual learning platforms and to assess what we may do better.
It has been a pleasure seeing students engaged and learning on social media as well as receiving inspiring emails of unique stories from home. Thank you for all you have done and continue to do in working with your children. It is my hope that we all will encourage our children to become better students, friends, and disciples of Jesus each day.
I also wanted to share that I will be collaborating with the Board of Trustees this week to determine plans for the coming weeks. Communication about our next steps will be conveyed shortly keeping in mind student safety as our highest priority.
As we head into the second week of virtual learning, I hope everyone is taking time to be still and read the daily devotionals from Director of Christian Life Bo Towns as a family. If you or someone you know is in need of prayer, please send your confidential prayer requests to
Mr. Towns.
To keep our community healthy and safe, please refer to these key reminders from the
CDC.
We appreciate your patience, grace and understanding as we navigate through these unsettling times. We are truly blessed to be a part of this amazing KRCS community.
To God be the glory,
Dr. Jeff D. Williams
Head of School
